Hi Readers, I choose this place for my stitching blouse, Suit and Salwar based on the multiple 5 stars rating on the google. Firstly, just to understand the stitching of this boutique I gave blouse and suit salwar. For Blouse she has charged 950 INR and Salwar suit 900INR. She asked me to come on next week for which I went and collected my belongings. Salwar suit was good without any issue but for the blouse, I had to ask her to do some minimal work for which she did and this took almost 2 hours ...Full review

Hi Readers, I choose this place for my stitching blouse, Suit and Salwar based on the multiple 5 stars rating on the google. Firstly, just to understand the stitching of this boutique I gave blouse and suit salwar. For Blouse she has charged 950 INR and Salwar suit 900INR. She asked me to come on next week for which I went and collected my belongings. Salwar suit was good without any issue but for the blouse, I had to ask her to do some minimal work for which she did and this took almost 2 hours to do which could be completed within 15 minutes. Nevertheless, This issue I didn't consider as negative as she has some other prior commitments. Next time I gave her 2 more dress materials for stitching on 28th Oct 2018 and she asked me to visit on 30th Oct 2018. On this date, I called her almost 10 times to ask about the status of my order but she didn't have even courtesy to pick her customers to call. After that, I messaged her on the same but she didn't bother herself to even reply for the same. Despite to all bad behavior towards me I went on Sunday 4th Nov 2018 to collect my dresses but when I reached there her employee told me that it is not yet stitched then I said despite of giving 1 week before still, you guys have not completed the work. Then she asked to come next day for which I said please do call me if it is ready because I am coming from the different locality and the charges I give for this transition is almost 100INR. So, for this request her emplyee gave me commitment that she will call me and then next day which is on 5th Nov 2018 I waited almost full day for her call but she didn't call me so I called them for the status but the dresses were not ready and she asked me to come next day which on 6th NOv'18. Then on 6th Nov 2018, I went to collect still the dress was not completely ready and in addition to that, the stitching was too bad especially the Patiala pants and both suit necks .I have asked her to make sure that neck depth must be 7 inches but in actual it was 8 inch and for back I asked her to close but it was 7-inch depth. For back and patials pants, I have literally shown my already stitched clothes and asked her to take the measurement also. Despite of all this information, my both dresses were stitched very badly and instead of apologizing she said this how we stitched and now it is done I can't do anything. When I said to her that I will give only 50 percent of the total amount she started screaming on me, behaved very badly and used abusive words on me. There is a difference in the product service and customer service, It is mandatory to value your customer instead of abusing them. I really wanted to give her a NEGATIVE rating but there is no such option to do that. Please don't go to this boutique because of postive or 5 stars review as those were paid. In her trail room you could see that there is a note written asking to give a good review and get 100 INR off. She doesn't know how to value her customers, time and money. I really pray to GOD to close this waste boutique as soon as possible. I hope, This review could help anyone to not waste their costly material like me, money and time. Less
