Manyavar

I'm from Houston, Texas USA. Visited the Manyavar at MG Road Bangalore on December 17th 2018. Nice store for variety of items for a Wedding. Very reasonable prices. The sales person, Zabin was very professional and has lot of patience and very helpful for my daughter's wedding purchases. He made our shopping easy in the store. I recommend the store for any visitors from USA.

It was an horrifying experience in the MG Road store. I had been with my fiance and we selected indo western garment and did full payment of 17k and it required a fitting.The staff said to come after 1hour and when we reached after an hour,we see the garment is torn in the place where the buttons where supposed to be shifted and it was clearly visible that the garment was torn but staff over there where arguing and saying it as "Chalk Mark" made by tailor. Then when we disagreed to take the garment and to my surprise they have spelled water all over the garment so that threads and cloth which was torn will stick as they did steam iron but this was also not done properly when they again showed us garment it was completely wet at the bottom. Upon asking "why this is wet" the staff was saying we where doing iron and when asked ; why only bottom is wet not the top of garment they did not have answer.We did not take the garment , we asked to refund the amount but then they said to come next day and collect fresh piece.Second day again same experience; they said to come by 4 pm and when we reached they made us to wait for almost 2 hours as they send the old piece to another store when we reached and when we inquired. As it is a famous brand and the location is pretty famous ; surprisingly i would suggest do not go to MG Road store . there are hell lot of manyavar in Bangalore please try other store.
They do not value the customer nor their time and not even money.
