      The quality of service is never guaranteed by these people as they dont have a process in place to check the quality of drivers and vehicle provided by the vendor once customer reach their destination. During my Himachal trip recently I was given a OLD Innova (PB02AU0017) with arrogant driver (Jagroop singh) with no time sense. When complained they could not do anything other pleading to adjust. Ok to use Neptune's services to do some ticketing for anything more than that you will be taking a BIG risk.
