Kresha Bajaj’s Lehenga: An Ode To Her Love Story

The wedding bells rang for Kresha Bajaj and Vanraj Zaveri a while ago but can still be heard clearly. Thanks to the entire buzz that the duo had stirred by making their wedding exceptional in every aspect. From the exotic wedding location and a star studded reception to the wedding lehenga and the jewellery adorned by the bride; everything is the talk of the town.

Kresha Bajaj, a fashion designer by profession, is known for her edgy style in clothing. She wanted to wear something which would clearly speak for her style on her wedding day. Despite of fretting over what to wear, she started looking for the inspiration which she got from the Real Housewives star, Adrienne Maloof. After brainstorming many ideas, she settled on a unique and out of the way concept which was never seen before.

She carved out her love story on her lehenga with zari embroidery covering all the milestones of their relationship from their first rendezvous to the proposal and their wedding at The Leela Palace, Udaipur.

She wore the jewellery which was designed by her husband Vanraj Zaveri who comes from a background of renowned jewelers. The other image captures the hem of the lehenga having jumping dolphins which is depicting the time when they first met to work on a project against Dolphin Captivity.

The groom also wore the sherwani designed by Kresha under her fashion line Koesch.

The wedding outfit is not only making news in the country but has also got noticed in Australia and London. Although the wedding was a private affair and was attended by only close friends and family, the reception hosted in Mumbai, was a starry affair. High profile personalities like Salman Khan, Subhash Ghai, Anil Ambani, Tina Munim, Sushmita Sen, Sanjay Dautt and many more attended the reception and added more glam to the event.

This Big Indian Fat Wedding undoubtedly made big in news for every good reason. Kresha has inspired many girls who want to embrace expressions and emotions in the way they dress.
