Haseen, an Urdu word translates into beautiful, elegant and charming. The new collection by Abhinav Mishra perfectly embodies the bridal wear line that he just launched, young and vibrant with a blend of earthiness and simplicity.

This Autumn Winter collection has an underlying magical and romantic aesthetic to it while being youthful. Keeping that in mind, bright tones of pink, burnt orange and blue were fused with a combination of pastel shades while creating the collection. Dark bright colours can also be found in the collection. Traditional silhouettes like lehengas, shararas and anarkalis were exquisitely put together using natural fabrics. Raw and Chanderi silk give it a regal look, along with net, which was integrated with mirror and zari work.

The collection is now available at Abhinav Mishra’s store Leela as well as online.

The collection is visualised through Abhinav’s muse who is powerful, independent and strong. A woman who is fearless, with a strong sense of individuality setting out to achieve her dreams. Haseen believes in a world of magic and fantasy, in a palace where she surrounded by beauty and a world that she has created for herself. She is headstrong and rooted to her beliefs possessing a deep connect with her Indian roots.

About Abhinav Mishra

Abhinav Mishra, originally from Allahabad, finished his schooling in Lucknow. Always possessing a penchant for design, he decided to go to one of India’s top ranking colleges for Fashion and Design, Wigan & Leigh College, Lucknow. He started his career in the decor and events industry by working with renowned wedding decor company – Rani Pink, where he currently is a partner. He started his eponymous fashion label in 2009.
