We witness year after year, how a complete family – Bride, mother, father, bridesmaid, friend, cousin – full party gets together and hails to Jaipur, To us. They come to adorn their lovely child, the apple of their heart, the BRIDE. And for the whole nine yards. Sneaking in a mini vacation alongside, the only respite until after the wedding.

And thus, start the few days of madness, of multiple trials, endless discussions, laughter, decisions to emotional breakdowns all under our roof.

From ‘The day’, to Sangeet, Mehendi, Cocktail to that ritual by the dawn, we sort the bride. And then all the ladies of the house, their outfits, their excitement, their qualms, their stories, we love listening to it all. Consulting them on wedding favors, trousseau gifts to matching footwear, we inadvertently become a part of the pack, the extended family.

And the cycle repeats day after day, season after season, leaving us blessed in gratitude, like a blessing in disguise.
