Runway Rising – A Next Gen Fashion Exhibition

Runway Rising is a NextGen fashion exhibition to showcase the latest trends from emerging designers and provides them with a platform to showcase their talent. Started in the year 2012, Runway Rising is the brain child of  Ramola Bachchan. It has over the years, become a brand and the biggest exhibitor PAN-India. It has completed a series of successful shows and the ninth show was organised in Hotel Ashoka on 4th of March 2015.

The show was a success with a footfall of over 3000 people. The central location gave the elites of Delhi easy access. Apart from that, the marketing efforts made the event a huge success. It has a strong base on all social networking sites. The event saw some ‘who is who’ of the capital and was successful in attracting the cognoscenti, elites, fashionistas  and shopaholics alike. Designers from all across the country unveiled their collection of jewellery, watches, bags, garments, shoes and accessories.

Some of the designers present at the event were, Voila by Roma Bhalla, la estamoados India by Akshay Chhabra, I’m design by Pratik and Priyanka, Bumble Bee by Vernica, Cilvana Design by Jyoti, Jaya Misra, Perfect Impressions by Shweta Singh, Palette by Priyanka, Nilofer and Jai, Suman Bajaj Sarees, Rosetree by Kamini Singh, Sanzany by Rachana Motani, Flamingo by Shobhani Talwar, Thinking of You by Sumit, Bijoux by Priya Chandna, Aagaz by Karan Raaj, Hera by Ajiesh Oberio and Babi Grewal. The designers were unique and diverse which gave the people a wide variety of collections to choose from.
