How Anusha Met Tushar
Just like any other typical arrange marriage setup, Anusha & Tushar met each other on Shaadi.com (yes, the one that Anupam from shark tank India owns). The two didn’t take much time to realise the depth of their bond that just started to develop and after only 10 days of talking to each other, they felt butterflies in the stomach and decided to meet. “Ours was a dreamy destination wedding in Goa. Both I and my husband are fond of beaches so it had to be a beach wedding in our case and what better than Goa”, said the bride.
For the Mehndi Celebration, they decided on a lively, playful theme full of colours. As it was the beginning of the festivities, Anusha wanted to dance her heart out and hence selected a contemporary look, one that screams the kind of bride she was – vibrant and full of joy.
As the Sangeet was organised on the beachside (can only imagine how beautiful it must have been), the couple-to-be decided on a Royal Blue theme. Subtle yet chic is how we would describe the ceremony and its vibes.
On their Wedding Day, both the bride & the groom wanted to root for their culture as they belonged to the beautiful land of Kashmir. “We are a Kashmiri Pandit family and I wanted a traditional outfit keeping in mind our rich Kashmiri culture“, said Anusha.
Furthermore, if we talk about decor, as it was a day wedding, the couple opted for a pink theme to complement their outfits and wedding aesthetics.
