Facebook, family and mutual friends have played a very important role in uniting us. We had a unique tagline for our wedding, “Ye Shaadi nahi tyohar hai” which was totally justified. Our wedding was a lavish three day affair. Our wedding celebrations was started with the haldi function at my place followed by Bhajan Sandhya at Nishchay’s house. The next morning we had our haldi and mehndi ceremonies together. It was such a fun event where we had a dance off between the bride and the groom side. Our sangeet was organised the same evening, the function was inaugurated in a very unique way where our parents lit the lamp in front of a huge Shivling. Our sangeet was a 90 themes party where everybody shook a leg on the super hit 90s tracks. And the third day was our reception. The highlight of our reception was a drone enabled varmala followed by the reception and pheras in the night. Our wedding indeed was a 3 day festival for both our families and friends.
