      Best in Tri-city. Best in services. Good unisex salon providing decent services, while maintaining good levels of hygiene. The environment here was quiet relaxing.The owner who gets things done was very considerate, calm, and quiet accommodating to people' questions and request.

      I took party makeup services from Cleopatra for my cousin's wedding. Their air-conditioners were not working (imagine getting ready for a summer wedding, having sweat beads run down your face and try getting makeup and hair done. plus they did not turn table fans on in the makeup room). foundation was not blended and set properly making it look patchy and crease. you really need to guide the hair stylists on how to set the hair (duh??) Not worth the amount they charge!
