This banquet hall was so beautifully decorated for my engagement that I was absolutely awestruck. I loved the place so much that I convinced my father to rebook the place instantly for my wedding as well.
My brother’s wedding became a memorable one, thanks to dee pearls banquet hall for giving such a tremendous service which made it a clamour free wedding.
After organizing my daughter’s engagement here, everything impressed us so much that we booked this banquet hall for the wedding as well. Excellent service provided by the staff. Keep up the great work!
OK first things first. Party venues are supposed to make you feel good about the forthcoming event you are anxiously planning to celebrate. But just the opposite of this can happen at times and somewhat similar experience I had after visiting this so called DeePearls banquet hall. Apparently I still can't figure out the mystery behind naming this place so retard. Anyway that's not the main concern. Their should be a courtesy with which their staff and reception welcomes you. I mean honestly a roadside tea stall would treat you more graciously than this banquet's management. Regardless of the amount they charge or have spent on the place (which seems pretty much a waste because as we know, money can't buy you grace and standards), they aren't aware of even the basic definition of hospitality. Just opposite to my hopes after searching the venue online, I came to find out that it's cheaply decorated with material as ostentatious as the jewellery sold in flea markets. The chair arrangement and interior decor made me realize that even the chandeliers, flooring and embellished ceilings can be used to make a place degraded. I mean hats off to their designer team who was trying to win the award for being the lamest creative minds in universe. Enough "appreciations" for the looks, now for the ethics and etiquette perceived there. Receptionist, whosoever it was, doesn't have even the remotest idea of how to welcome customers, lest they try to be in the hosting business. Brilliant I mean! The front desk had no sense of talking and no sense of telling anything relevant, other than trying to sound pretentiously pragmatic about facts, which are way more difficult for them to comprehend. Being ruthlessly egoistic because yes they have got a pretty awesome place to flaunt. But what is the use of that place if you can't even be realistic about it. I mean c'mon even my 3 year old nephew treats strangers better than those demented people. They should literally change their names from "DeePearls" to "DeeCeivers" or "DeeFrauds". Would at least suffice to the conduct those people offer. A sincere request to the owner, if he/she wasn't their, please start employing people who would give your customers a reason to look back at you in future. For I, along with my family at least, won't recommended your venue to any of our acquaintances. And I know that such a thing won't bother you because there's already an unnecessary hype of your name in the market. Still I will be reducing 0.1% of your potential customers at the least. Try to put efforts in teaching your staff some crucial lessons of civility and mannerism, rather than making your pockets loaded with cash. And yes, one more I've got "DeeSgraceful". Thank you not so much.
This is one of the most beautiful banquet halls in New Delhi. They always do a great job.
