    An HM apprentice graduate from PUSA, during one of his initial jobs at a 5-star hotels in Delhi, was mocked at by his colleague who said- “it is not a child’s play”. Mr Sethi disheartened by this comment, took up the challenge and launched his 1st live counter within 6 months in a private wedding in Delhi. There was no looking back for him since then and as he proudly says his ‘mother’s blessings’, and his ever-growing passion lead him into winning the Curry Chef of the Year award in Manchester, UK in the year 2006.
    He successfully ventured into opening a chain of restaurants in London, UK under the flagship of Flavors of India Ltd. With more than 18 years of vast multi-cultural experience of Asian & European cuisines the gold award winner Chef Sethi is very humble yet very enthusiastic about his latest venture Flavors Banqueting . “For over a decade I have taken a pride in efficient customer service with authentic traditional Indian style cooking, now I offer the best of both the worlds.
