The way they handle all the responsibilities and come out clean is really recommendable. All the services provided were marvelous and they were easily flexible to any last minute changes. Great experience!

Will I recommend this banquet to someone - A BIG NO !! I recently booked this for a function, and like any other banquet, they made promises for top food quality, arrangements and service. Out of which, I was disappointed in every category. On the day of the function, I went to check out the arrangements and it was low standard, starting from the seat covers to the stage decor. I insisted them to change the seat covers at least but they didn't have any other then the one already placed. Finally, it was time for the function to get started and believe me the arrangements were low standard and cheap. They set the ripped seats on the stage, DJ was not setup and many other things. Now I'll pinpoint the specific things which will piss you off, if you imagine happening those at your function at this place: - DJ: The so called DJ was some cheap, lower class DJ who had to struggle finding the songs. They charged Rs.6000, YES ! 6000 for the DJ and believe me you can find a 1500 DJ playing better songs then him. - Stage Decor: All my close ones, had thrown negative reviews about the stage decor. It was pathetic at the price point. They placed a white sheet on the stage floor which they forgot to pin and finally it was ripped when everyone was at the stage. And, none from the service bothered to correct it. - Service: At a gathering of 70, they made 4-5 junkies handle the entire party. The rounds at each table were less. - The manager or whosoever was responsible for the party, did not even bothered to come in between the function and ask if everything was going well. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION = ZERO My Ratings: Food: 3/5 Service: 1.5/5 Management: 1/5 Decor: 0.5/5 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: 000000 And yes, they'll charge the entire amount before the function, so that they can give a damn about what you feel during the entire function. I would recommend you to search for a more experienced banquet.
