      We intended to hold a family function on April 29th day 2017, for that we paid advance of 21000/- on March 11th 2017, we signed in good favor and was expecting a good service based on the name that they carry, but due to unavoidable circumstances we had to cancel the occasion, and we were denied RUDELY and they stopped responding on phone and straight away said they wont refund a penny.
      It was holi on 13th March we requested for refund on 14 March.
      Still there is a one and a half month to go for the same.
      But they refused to pay????
      Reason for the same they arent getting any booking for the same day and so they withdrew the amount.

      Now my request no one should go with them unless and untill you are hard pressed for the same.Its better to hold any function in banquets or local places rather than Golden tulip, They are all cheaters now they say its in the contract, but who reads such lengthy papers,. things are expected to be good.

      Avoid these cheaters, the staff is not at all courteous this is also proved with this instance.
      This is a review that you will find from all other people also who got in their trap.
      We have a filed a complaint with consumer court for the same.
      PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE even the senior people who manage it are not trustworthy and do not come on phone, and are said to be not available in the hotel.
      COMPLAINT TO LOUVRE group also raised.

      The staffs here are exceptionally dependable and loyal. Everything was masterminded impeccably for the wedding. From the embellishment to the cleanliness, everything was kept up to the mark
