Geetanjali Salon

I feel extremely disappointed and sad to update this feedback, i had very high trust for geetanjali brand which has demolished completely by recent experience of hair smoothing at geetanajali salon malviya nagar... When i thought of having smoothing in delhi and in search i have got various options, i gave preference to geetanjali as considering brand of trust and visited for smoothening...I requested to give me natural smoothening look as i had earlier as i have been doing straightening and smoothening for last 10 years as customer i gave my feedback there after i have not intervene in any procedure, post completion of process i found my hair less shiney that also i have conveyed to him on which he has suggested me to give some time and they will be ok....

I kept my hair streight for03 days and went for first and hair cut in hair wash again i gave him the feedback hair smoothening is not upto the mark he said it will be u please use mythyl oil..i bought same from geetanajali salon..omg after 3 days my hairs have become jhadu ya literaly jhhhadu..i felt so hurt but then also i kept patience and called geetanjali that i am facing this kind of issue they said concerned person is on leave and will be back after that i have visted after week and spoke to gentelman and shown the quality neither they were streight nor smooth... on which he said you have only asked me to do so..first and second madam your hairs will remain like this..and repair this you again do keratin treatment...i was shocked to hear this ... how can define process of smoothing to someone who himself is professional and working with trustworthy branch called geetanjali???????????

and how can my hair be jhaadu and remain like this i have been doing the same process from various salon but never come across such worst situation ..
In my meeting with them when i realised that even he is not acknowledge the mistake done by him how can i trust the salon further ?? with smile and disappointed heart i left the salon ?? neither he bothered to take care of it ?? for him it can be work but for me my hair are my beauty and my confidence to ensure perfect and 100 % best job i selected geetanjali but it was in vain i guess it must trick of geetanjali guys now to ensure to damage the work first and on name of reparing ask to follow new treatment so that they can make only money out of it .... Its sorry face for geetanajali.
i also work in service industry i took membership by thinking of long term relationship but it is of no use for me now.right work will always have repeat sale to same custome, this much i want to0 share as feedback Regards Pooja

It was my sister’s marriage and I had to look good and special. Got the makeup done from here, it was very natural and made me look much more attractive.
