Until recently the daily operations of the school were overseen by Fernando Aguilera, Artistic Director of the School since its inception. IFBC as the only preparatory and performing Ballet company in India running VAGANOVA RUSSIAN CLASSICAL BALLET, JAZZ, MODERN-CONTEMPORARY, ARGENTINE TANGO, FLAMENCO and LATIN DANCE classes at various locations.
