      Have been following the diet suggested by Ms Shweta sharma for the last 6 weeks and have lost around 8 KGS. Really happy with the results and the best part is that the diet suggested by her is very easy to follow as all items suggested are already there in ones kitchen or are easily available at any departmental store. Highly recommended
