Sonia Narang is a Nutritionist and Dietician with a degree from AIIMS and has experience in hospital, foodservice, media, corporate, and community settings. She received her Bachelor’s degree of Home Science and Post Graduate Education in Food Science and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, Delhi, including a hospital-based internship with All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
