    Though I am slim and not over-weight as well, still to keep myself perfectly fit and active before my wedding, I joined this Gym. I specifically went there to do aerobics as the trainer was very well-trained and always motivated and pushed you to do work out daily. There was an option for steam bath as well which sometimes helps you to relax completely.
