    Gold gym sector 14 gurgaon is worst gym. The trainers lack basic knowledge. Even head trainer MR. V*** Y*** never guided me correct. He lacks basic knowledge and even the etiquettes. Worst is physiotherapist MISS R*** V*** She knows nothing about physiotherapy. Seems as if she has fake degree. Despite of me going to her number of times, she never listened or responded. Rest all other trainers too lack basic knowledge and 2 trainer guided me wrong exercise because of which i got injury. Never joi ...Full review

Beware of these corporate gym chains franchisee who just want money and once you pay them they'll never respond to your grievances. Even brand gold will never respond and will say franchisees are not there responsibility. They can function as they want. The management doesn't teach or evaluate the trainers and in turn if u complain that trainers lack knowledge and don't guide u correct, the management consisting of MR. A*** GU*** and his mother, they shout at you. I will rate gold gym sector 14 as worst. Don't wanna give 1 star also. Less

    My friend and I joined this gym 6 months back and we started getting compliments for our fit body just after 4 months.
