    I wish i could give negative stars. The staff behaviour especially Nancy ( Assistant Clinic manager, Pitampura branch) is outrageous. On the day of 1st appointment the staff behaves well. After 2-3 appointments, they show their true colours, rude talk, long waiting time and refusal to start appointment till payment is made. Despite assuring the payment would be made during the appointment via bank transfer, they felt it necessary to delay the appointment by an hour. On asking to send the same v ...Full review

Despite assuring the payment would be made during the appointment via bank transfer, they felt it necessary to delay the appointment by an hour. On asking to send the same via email or message, they refused to have authority to do anything that can be legally binding.
    Special mention to the Kaya customer care service. They are unable to address my complaint since 13/10/2018. The complaint was forwarded to the Regional/Zonal manager, Delhi- Mr. Abhishek Saran Sharma. But all complaints fall on deaf ears and ignored inboxes. Less
