    First time experience with Pannu Car Rental and it couldn’t have been worse. The company is operated by a bunch of thugs and goons who are pros at cheating people. We booked for a New Gen Automatic Fortuner 4x4 for one of our expedition and their representative showed us the vehicle as well. At the time of delivery, without informing us, they gave us a manual model which was neither serviced or working properly. The tires were worn out and the vehicle used to wobble as soon as the car hit the above 60 KM mark.

    Their negligence and unprofessional attitude has costed us embarrassment in front our esteemed clients. Despite making full advance payment, we didn’t expect to receive such low standard of service from them.

    Working them was like our worst nightmare come true. We would never recommend them and their services to anyone and you should also book through them at your own risk. Beware as you might be cheated just like we were. Less
