I really do not understand this that if a customer wants to get her problem solved The owner is always busy doing something or the other but you can wait for entire year may be buy no she will not give a call back.

But I come for the services and one of the staff breaks the screen and the mgt isn't responsible???????
What kind of answer is this ??????
And icing on the cake that the manager said that what if the screen was broken by your son ????
