Dubious person. He works on commission basis and his sole objective is to demand maximum dowry. So he will go to boy's parents and say that give me 3% commission and he will get 1 Cr marriage done. Once marriage is fixed he asks girl's parents that they should use only these caterers / tent / banquet etc. (with wo he has fixed setting of commission).
