First time experience with Pannu Car Rental and it couldn’t have been worse. The company is operated by a bunch of thugs and goons who are pros at cheating people. We booked for a New Gen Automatic Fortuner 4x4 for one of our expedition and their representative showed us the vehicle as well. At the time of delivery, without informing us, they gave us a manual model which was neither serviced or working properly. The tires were worn out and the vehicle used to wobble as soon as the car hit the above 60 KM mark. Their negligence and unprofessional attitude has costed us embarrassment in front our esteemed clients. Despite making full advance payment, we didn’t expect to receive such low standard of service from them. Working them was like our worst nightmare come true. We would never recommend them and their services to anyone and you should also book through them at your own risk. Beware as you might be cheated just like we were.

I am not going to recommend anyone to get services from Pannu Travels if you are looking for someone ethical business company.

I booked a Mercedes E Class car for a wedding function on 10th Dec 2016. Towards this they quoted me Rs 15000/- and subsequently I paid Rs. 6000/- in advance. However on the day of function 10th Dec 2016 they sent their Driver to collect rest amount of Rs. 9000/- and we gave it. Within two minutes of collecting the full amount of Rs. 15000/- they called us and said that they are not able to send the Mercedes E Class as they have booked the Mercedes car for someone else at higher price of Rs 25000/- and can send only Audi A-6. This is purely unethical means of business.

I booked a Ford Figo online through SELFDRIVES.IN from 22 May-01 Jun 16 from Delhi. The car was leased out by Pannu Travels. I took over the vehicle at 2000hrs on 22nd May little realising what lay in store for me . When they topped up the fuel, the indicator did not show that the tank was full. I indicated this to the boy who accompanied me from Pannu Travels to top up the fuel. He mentioned it was a faulty indication. However, on three different occasions when I topped up the tank, the indicator showed it as full. On returning the car in absolutely the same condition, their microscopic inspection started. And they found a small tear in the front tire which was supposedly not there when they handed over the car to me in darkness. In a very underhand and surreptitious manner Pannu Travels robbed me of Rs 3,800/- for a new tire and fuel they did not fill. I guess that is the way they earn their money. But I have promised to myself that I'll never use or recommend SelfDrives to anyone else. It's shameful and so cheap. DO NOT USE PANNU. Arunava
