My friend went for a haircut at Placid and she was charged separately for hair wash, haircut and also for drying her hair after the cut. And then they added taxes, making the amount double of what it should be.
In all my years of getting my hair cut, hair wash and hair dry is a part of the cut process/package, and I have never heard of them being charged separately. Its like going for a pedicure and getting charged for soaking your feet, scrubbing your feet and putting nail-polish sep

In all my years of getting my hair cut, hair wash and hair dry is a part of the cut process/package, and I have never heard of them being charged separately. Its like going for a pedicure and getting charged for soaking your feet, scrubbing your feet and putting nail-polish separately.
Maybe if yours was one of those cheap places then charging for hair-wash separately would be understandable, but at the premium rates you charge for a hair-cut, charging not only of hair-wash but also for drying the hair after the cut is ridiculous and fleecing the customers.
