      Born and brought up in Borivali, I have been eating delicious home made food from Annapurna Caterers since my childhood days. But over the period of time, the people handling this food place have got lot of attitude and are not at all bothered about customer service. I like all kind of food items prepared at Annapurna, especially their Aloo Wadi along with their sweet tamrind chutney. But today something unfortunate thing happened which is why I am forced to write this review with 1 star rating. These people have their own set of rules, they serve aloo wadi roll without chutney. Always I have to struggle, argue to get chutney from them.

      Today also when I requested them that I am ready to pay extra money for their sweet tamrind chutney, they rudely said in hindi "Hum log aloo wadi ke sath chutney nahin dete and alag se chutney bhechte bhi nahin hai. Lena hai to loo nahin toh mat loo". This is the kind of rude attitude they have and I was sent back home with no food and just a disheartened thought about this place. I took a stand will never ever visit this place in my lifetime and will never ever suggest it anyone. Still I would reiterate the fact the quality of food at this place is very good but the problem is only with the quality of people handling this place. These people dont understand the fact that in today's competitive world, its very difficult to survive in the food business no matter how old are you, if you got wrong attitude in your mind sooner you will end up shutting down your shop.
