Hi I am Mrs. Priti Doke. The earliest memories that I have in the kitchen was sitting on the kitchen counter(platform) and watch my mother roll out perfectly round chapattis while simultaneously juggling subzi, and daal on the other stoves. I remember getting all excited and helping her out with the lavish Sunday meals in our kitchen. I didnt realise when cooking became more than making food on day to day basis.
