Equipped with the state- of- the-art apparatus, our Fitness Centre is and professionally managed by trained instructors and dieticians to ensure you achieve your desired level of fitness. The Fitness Centre offers separate strength training, cardio sections with diet and nutrition counselling. There are separate steam baths and chilled showers for ladies and gents.
    Members are requested to follow a dress code when using the health and fitness facility, comprising of; t-shirt, track pants, tights only. Outside shoes are not allowed so please carry a separate pair of shoes for the Gym.
    The health and fitness centre is open on all days of the week from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm. However, it remains closed on Sundays. Fees are payable on a Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly basis and a discount is offered to those availing the facility between 01.00 p.m. To 04.00 p.m. Please contact the office for more details o fees.
