Pathik is a behavioral training company which caters to training needs in the retail segment. Through its retail division, Pathik has trained over 15, 000 people in the last 25 years, and is a leader in this segment. All its programs have a waiting list and Pathik is well acclaimed for the success of its participants. The mission of Pathik has been to carve a UNIPTM out of each and every person who enrolls in its programs. UNIPTM is an acronym for UNIque Person, a term coined and trademarked by Pathik. UNIPs are people who unleash and manifest their uniqueness and live life on their own terms while contributing towards the betterment of the Society. During the last 25 years, we have experimented successfully with and created, UNIPs out of around 15, 000 Pathiks through the Pathik Leadership Program and the I Can Leadership Program, together with the Business+ program introduced about 5 years ago. The Business+ program is specially designed to help small entrepreneurs to uplift their organizations to world class standards. All these programs have resulted in scores of success stories.
