He offers consulting, coaching and customized training services. His areas of expertise include speaking and presentation skills, multicultural communication, business etiquette, call center training, customer service and professional communication. He is a certified expert in Corporate etiquette and international protocol as well.
    Gautam did his schooling from Delhi Public School, graduated in Economics from Delhi University and did his Business Administration (Finance) from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Edmonton Canada. Here, he began working and held jobs as diverse as a flight attendant, waiter and a salesman where he successfully sold eight vacuum cleaners to one household, which was holding a family reunion!
