    Isabel tours is the worst tour company you can ever have dealings with. We had done a Eastern Europe tour with them. They are cheaters - Have taken Insurance travel money from us and taken out insurance of a lesser value! Be careful. They have also charged us 4.5 % GST when we travelled in May. The reason given is that the group was small and that's why they charged us GST so as to make up for the loss. Extra money taken on account of insurance too has still not been refunded.
