Since inception, the Inbound division managed tourists from USA, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Singapore and Australia, opening up the wonders of India to the world. Tourists from new markets like Spain and Turkey followed. In 1996, to meet market demand from business partners, and to develop and promote Airline and Cruise products, an Outbound division was set up in Mumbai. The division soon developed into a niche player focused mainly on marketing holiday products of some of the world's most renowned airlines for which Jetair was the General Sales Agent; such as Air France, Air Seychelles, Austrian Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Gulf Air, Kenya Airways, Royal Jordanian and srilankan among others.
