I have recently done shopping for my weeding from Paaneri worth Rs 29000/- from Paaneri Dadar. I am really disappointed with the arrogant attitude of a lady at Paaneri Dadar. She was handling the delivery counter on July 31, 2017 and when I went to collect my sarees at Paaneri, I had bitter experience. I have recently done shopping for my weeding from Paaneri worth Rs 29000/- from Paaneri Dadar. I am really disappointed with the arrogant attitude of a lady at Paaneri Dadar. She was handling the delivery counter on July 31, 2017 and when I went to collect my sarees at Paaneri, I had bitter experience. First, she tried to dump all sarees in one bag which was fitting well and I had to request her to keep one saree in a separate bag. Second, my weeding saree she kept in a saree cover which was off course not at all so expensive. It was a basic saree cover. I requested her to give me 2 saree cover for other sarees. Against my request she gave me one cover and bombard in a rude manner that they are not allowed to give any bag/cover extra. My limited point from the above incident is, first, if there such are rules or regulations it should be informed in a polite manner to the customers. Second, there was hardly any cost attached to a bag/cover and it wasn’t a case where many bag/covers were requested against one piece. When you shop for expensive sarees, off course you would like to maintain it in proper way. Third, the lady at Paaneri Dadar had no etiquettes to deal with customer.
