Simar Dugal (@simardugal), acclaimed as India's first supermodel, broke stereotypes by walking the ramp after getting married and having a child. Her eponymous fashion label, was launched in 2004, in a small corner of Bharat Nagar (Friends Colony) in the heart of South Delhi. The label has now expanded to two Flagship Stores in New Delhi itself, at Bharat Nagar and DLF Emporio respectively and has pan India and global presence. The label is a pure reflection of her personal taste and brings to the fore various Indian textiles and fabrics and is today well known for its use of organic fabrics, digital prints and gota and dabka embellishments.
